We Need Your Help

The Kilgore Rangerettes Forever Foundation (KRFF) seeks sponsorships from businesses and individuals to support the Foundation’s mission to champion, enhance and support the premier excellence of the Kilgore College Rangerettes.

Sponsorships directly support programming and engagements that help KRFF raise funds for the Rangerette organization. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 2021, KRFF is continuously striving to ensure the Foundation’s success for decades to come. 

The Foundation continues to support the Rangerette organization with funds for travel and the Director’s discretionary needs and special projects, such as awarding ceremonial stoles for graduating sophomores to acknowledge their academic success at Kilgore College.

Your sponsorship will benefit our efforts to assist in paying for the Foundation’s operation, as well as some very exciting upcoming events! 

This year will include the following opportunities for you or your business to get involved:

• Showoffs Celebration Reception - August 17 - This event is the official kickoff and introduction of this year’s Rangerettes and Officer Announcements!  The reception after the show allows a space for the connection of alumni and current Rangerettes with their families and friends.  
• 83rd Line “Welcome Home Dinner” - August 17 - In conjunction with Rangerette Showoffs, this special event will welcome back the Sophomore Rangerettes that have just left Kilgore by providing a warm space to reunite with their class, share a meal, and take pictures before going to Dodson.  We hope to make this a special “can’t miss tradition."
• Gussie Nell Davis Online Auction - October - this event showcases gifts and services that are auctioned to help raise money given directly to the Rangerettes to help pay for travel, meals, and production costs throughout the year.
• 85th Homecoming Game - November 2 - We hope to welcome back hundreds of Rangers for fun and fellowship in the very place the Rangerettes were born - on the gridiron!  Join us before the game for a special time of fellowship and the introduction of hundreds of Rangerette Forevers on the field!
• 75th Anniversary Performance of Rangerettes at the Cotton Bowl - January 10 - This remarkable milestone will be celebrated with over 700 Rangerettes, managers, and their families. We are organizing various events for these alumni to come together, socialize, and rehearse for their performance at the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic!  This event will have high visibility in the DFW area!
• Cotton Bowl Celebration Brunch - January 11 - A final opportunity for our alumni and their families to gather while in Dallas for the Cotton Bowl Classic. We plan to celebrate the weekend's festivities with a brunch experience that highlights our efforts as a 501(c)(3) organization and celebrates 85 years of Rangerettes and 75 years of Rangerettes performing in the Cotton Bowl.
• Rangerette Revels Reception - April - This event is the culmination of our year and everyone’s favorite chance to witness Rangerette magic on the stage at Dodson!  The reception after the shows allows a space for the precious reconnection of alumni and current Rangerettes with their families and friends.

THE DEADLINE FOR SPONSORS TO BE FEATURED AT SHOW-OFFS IS AUGUST 9TH.

THE FINAL DEADLINE FOR ANNUAL RECOGNITION IS SEPTEMBER 30TH.

A few reminders about sponsorship opportunities: 

• Sponsorships are Tax Deductible!
  
• Individuals can sponsor too!  You don’t have to have a business!
  
• Dollars will help pay for Foundation infrastructure, and programming and reduce overall costs for alumni events.
  
• The deadline is August 9th to be included in the Show-offs event programming.
